I think Ethereum will rise at least as fast as Bitcoin and you could argue it will rise even faster and there are two reasons for that.

I think that if the act is passed by Congress and at best it's 50/50 right now. Um I believe that will be viewed in hindsight as the bottom of the crypto winter.
